Pankaj's career spans multiple domains within the culinary and hospitality industry. Before joining Alto-Shaam, he served as Head of Culinary at Mukunda Foods Pvt. Ltd., Bengaluru, where he led culinary innovation and operational excellence. His role as Executive Assistant to the Managing Director at Wang Hospitality Equipment Pvt. Ltd. showcased his ability to blend culinary expertise with strategic business management.
In his earlier roles, Pankaj excelled as Head Chef at Devyani International Limited and Executive Chef at The Public Kitchen, both in Gurugram. His tenure as Sous Chef at VKL Seasoning Pvt. Ltd. highlighted his expertise in recipe development and flavor profiling, while his foundational training as a Kitchen Executive (Management Trainee) with Carlson Hospitality Worldwide laid a strong groundwork for his career.
An alumnus of IHM Dehradun, Pankaj holds a BSc in Hospitality and Hotel Administration. He completed his high school education at Cambrian Hall, earning a diploma in Science. His diverse educational and professional background equips him with the skills to bridge the culinary and sales domains effectively.
