In his latest appointment, Pardeep spearheads culinary operations, embodying a commitment to excellence and innovation in food and beverage management.


Previously, Pardeep held the role of Manager Food and Beverage Support at Radisson Hotel Group, contributing his talents to the esteemed Radisson Blu Greater Noida.


Prior to this, his journey included a significant tenure at InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG), where he served as Chief Steward at Crowne Plaza Greater Noida, overseeing extensive banquet facilities and ensuring impeccable service delivery.


Pardeep's illustrious career also includes an executive role as Executive Chief Steward at The Leela Palaces, Hotels and Resorts, where he led culinary operations at The Leela Kempinski Gurgaon NCR.


His journey began at Grand Hyatt, where he honed his craft as a Senior Kitchen Steward, before ascending to leadership positions in renowned properties like Crowne Plaza Today Gurgaon, Westin Hotels & Resorts, and Radisson.


Pardeep's foundation in Hotel Management was laid at the World Institute of Hospitality Management, where he specialized in Food Production General, setting the stage for his illustrious career.
