Ingredients:

Bread Slices – 2 Nos.

Mixed Vegetables – 100 gm

Corn – 10 gm

Pizza Sauce – 30 gm

Bell Pepper – 20 gm

Mayonnaise – 2 tsp

Chilli Flakes - ¼ tsp

Fresh Basil - 2 bunches

Dry Oregano - ¼ tsp

Mozzarella Cheese – 40 gm

Processed Cheese – 20 gm 


Method:

Take a slice of bread. Spread mayonnaise and then add vegetables and red and yellow bell pepper mixed with pizza sauce. Add oregano and fresh basil leaves and mix it well. Now put another bread slice on top on it and top it off with mozzarella cheese and processed cheese. Grill and bake it for two minutes each. Your pizza sandwich is ready to serve.
