Pradeep Semwal has been named the new Executive Chef at Four Points by Sheraton Delhi Airport, under Marriott International. With over a decade of international and national culinary experience, Pradeep has become known for his innovative approach to cuisine and impeccable leadership in the kitchen.


Before joining Four Points by Sheraton, Pradeep held the role of Executive Chef at Radisson Blu Resort Dharamshala and Marriott International in Dehradun. His experience also includes working at prestigious global properties, including as Chef De Cuisine at Phuket Marriott Resort & Spa, Merlin Beach, and at InterContinental Hotels & Resorts in Bangkok. Additionally, he served at JW Marriott Hotel Bangkok, where he honed his expertise in diverse culinary traditions.


Pradeep's journey in the culinary world started as a Commis Chef at The Park Hotels, New Delhi, and later advanced to Chef De Partie at Taj Hotels, Delhi. His diverse exposure includes working as a Sous Chef at The Gaggan Bangkok, a two-time Michelin-starred restaurant known for its avant-garde Indian cuisine.


With his educational roots in Uttarakhand, where he completed his secondary education, Pradeep's culinary skills have been shaped by his passion for excellence and continuous learning.


At Four Points by Sheraton, Pradeep Semwal is expected to elevate the dining experience by offering unique flavors and innovative dishes, aligning with Marriott’s global standards of culinary distinction.
