Pramod Chaudhary has recently taken on the role of Executive Chef at Sarovar Hotels & Resorts in Navi Mumbai, bringing a wealth of experience and culinary expertise to the position.


Before joining Sarovar Hotels & Resorts, Pramod served as the Executive Chef at The Mystic Palms in Mathura and Playotel Hotels in Indore. His leadership and innovative culinary skills significantly enhanced the dining experiences at these establishments.


His career also includes a tenure as Outlet Chef at Biryani By Kilo in Pune, where he specialized in delivering authentic and flavorful biryani to a wide clientele. Additionally, Pramod has a rich background with prestigious hotel chains. He has worked as a Chef at Taj Hotels in Srinagar, Ananta Spa & Resorts in Ajmer, and ITC Hotels in Gurugram. His roles in these esteemed hotels have equipped him with a deep understanding of diverse culinary traditions and high-end hospitality.


Pramod's journey in the culinary world began with his position as Chef De Partie at Taj Hotels in Rajasthan. He further honed his skills as Commi 1 at English Tadka in New Delhi and as Commi 2 at Ananta Spa & Resorts in Pushkar. His early career was shaped by his apprenticeship as an IT Trainee at KK Royal Hotel & Convention Centre in Jaipur, where he laid the foundation for his culinary career.


Pramod's academic background includes education at Bajna Inter College in Mathura and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar University in Agra. This blend of practical experience and academic knowledge has contributed to his comprehensive understanding of the culinary arts.
