Pramod's journey in the food and hospitality industry is marked by significant achievements and leadership roles in renowned organizations. Prior to joining Compass Group India, he served as the Head of Operations at Haldiram Foods International Ltd, where he played a pivotal role in optimizing operations and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Before his tenure at Haldiram, Pramod served as the City Head of Operations at Ola Foods, Ola Dash, contributing to the growth and expansion of the brand's footprint in Pune, Maharashtra. His strategic vision and operational acumen were instrumental in driving business success and operational efficiency.

Pramod's experience also includes managerial positions at Paradise Food Court Pvt. Ltd (Paradise Biryani) and KFCH Restaurants (India) Pvt. Ltd., where he honed his skills in operations management and leadership over the years. His tenure as an Area Manager at KFCH Restaurants spanned a decade, during which he demonstrated exceptional leadership and contributed significantly to the organization's growth.

Equipped with a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Deendayal Upadhyay Gorakhpur University and additional coursework in Business/Commerce from Bharat College Kopri Thane, Pramod combines academic excellence with practical expertise in his field.
