Prasenjit Jana Begins New Role as Pub Manager at Bigwig Hotel in Jabalpur

Prasenjit Jana has recently taken on the role of Pub Manager at Bigwig Hotel in Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh. With a strong background in food and beverage management, Prasenjit is well-equipped to lead the pub operations at this prestigious establishment.

Before joining Bigwig Hotel, Prasenjit served as a Bar Executive at Malta Marriott Hotel & Spa in Hyderabad, Telangana. In this role, he was responsible for overseeing bar operations, managing staff, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Prior to his time at Malta Marriott, Prasenjit was a Senior Captain at Sharief Bhai in Bengaluru, Karnataka. His responsibilities included supervising the service team, managing daily operations, and enhancing the guest dining experience.

Prasenjit also worked as a Training Captain at Hard Rock International in Kolkata. Here, he was instrumental in training new staff, ensuring service standards were met, and contributing to the overall success of the restaurant.

His career includes a role as Bar Captain at Grand Hyatt in North Goa, where he managed bar operations, curated drink menus, and maintained high standards of service quality. 

Earlier in his career, Prasenjit gained experience as a Bartender at Vijan Hotels Private Limited in Jabalpur. This position allowed him to develop his skills in mixology, customer service, and sales.

Prasenjit's journey in the hospitality industry began with an industrial training stint at Taj Bekal Resort and Spa Kerala. This foundational experience provided him with valuable insights into the operational aspects of high-end hospitality.

Prasenjit holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel Management from GIHM, where he specialized in Hotel/Motel Administration and Management. His education, coupled with his extensive practical experience, has equipped him with a comprehensive understanding of the hospitality industry.

In his new role as Pub Manager at Bigwig Hotel, Prasenjit Jana is expected to bring his extensive knowledge, leadership skills, and dedication to excellence to enhance the pub's operations and guest experiences.
