Pratap Biswas Assumes Role as Executive Housekeeper at Hilton Hotels & Resorts

Pratap Biswas has been named the Executive Housekeeper at Hilton Hotels & Resorts, marking a significant milestone in his hospitality career.  

Pratap's professional journey reflects his expertise and dedication to the field of housekeeping. Before his current role, he served as Housekeeping Manager - HOD at Accor, Bengaluru, where he was instrumental in overseeing operations and ensuring service excellence.  

His previous experience includes serving as an Assistant Housekeeper (DHK) at Marriott Hotels, Bengaluru, and taking on a Pre-opening Assistant Housekeeping Manager role at Grand Mercure Bengaluru at Gopalan Mall, where he contributed to setting up and managing housekeeping operations from the ground up.  

Earlier in his career, Pratap worked with Hyatt Hotels Corporation in Chennai and South Goa, excelling in roles such as Executive, Team Leader, and Guest Service Associate, showcasing his progressive growth within the industry.  

Pratap holds a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel/Motel Administration/Management from the Institute of Hotel Management, Catering Technology and Applied Nutrition, Guwahati, and completed his higher secondary education in Science at MNHS, Barrackpore, West Bengal.  

In his new role at Hilton Hotels & Resorts, Pratap Biswas brings his rich expertise and passion for housekeeping to elevate guest experiences and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hospitality.
