Prem Prakash has been appointed as the Executive Pastry Chef at Jawakara Islands Maldives, bringing his extensive expertise in pastry arts to the luxurious resort. Known for his creative flair and commitment to excellence, Prem is set to elevate the dessert offerings and provide guests with unforgettable culinary experiences.


Before joining Jawakara Islands, Prem served as the Executive Pastry Chef at JW Marriott Hotel Chandigarh, where he led the pastry department with distinction. His tenure at JW Marriott was marked by innovative dessert creations that delighted guests and garnered widespread acclaim.


Prem's journey in the world of pastry began at Marriott Hotels in Jaipur, where he held various positions that honed his skills and deepened his understanding of the culinary arts. His experience also includes roles at The Park Hotels, Radisson Blu, Taj Hotels Resorts & Palaces, and Leonia Holistic Destination in Hyderabad. Each of these roles contributed to his reputation as a versatile and talented pastry chef.


Educationally, Prem holds a degree in Hotel Management from Hemwati Nandan Bahuguna Garhwal University, which laid the foundation for his successful career in the culinary industry.
