This refreshing and delicious quinoa salad resembles Indian street food, made simply with fresh cucumber, red onion, tomato, basil, and a tamarind dressing.

           

Ingredients:

1. Quinoa

2. Avocado

3. Cucumber

4. Onion

5. Basil

6. Tomato

7. Green Chilli

8. Fresh Coriander

9. Tamarind Sauce

10. Mint Sauce

11. Chaat Masala

12. Himalayan Salt (Black Salt)
