Ingredients:
1. Cabbage - 3 kg
2. Carrot - 2 kg
3. Onion - 3 kg
4. Chicken Masala - 100 gm
5. Raagi (Madua) Flour - 2
kg
6. Maida - 1 kg
7. Black Pepper Powder -
50 gm
8. Garlic - 200 gm
9. Ginger - 100 gm
10. Refined Oil - 100 ml
11. Red Chilli Powder - 50
gm
12. Salt - As per taste
Method:
1. To begin, make a dough
of Madua Atta and set it aside for around 10-15 minutes.
2. Next, chop the cabbage
and carrot.
3. Then, in a large
vessel, add chopped onion, cabbage, carrot, ginger, garlic, red chilli powder,
chicken masala powder, black pepper powder, refined oil, and salt.
4. Sauté all the
ingredients together.
5. After that, add the
filling into the momo.
6. Finally, steam the
momos and serve them with hot garlic sauce.
