Raakesh Mohitkar has been appointed as the Food & Beverage Manager at Essential Luxury Hotel in Indore. In this role, Raakesh will oversee the food and beverage operations, ensuring exceptional dining experiences and high service standards for guests.


Prior to this, Raakesh served as the GM FNB Operation at Pondara Hotels & Resorts, where he managed the overall food and beverage operations across the resort properties, driving excellence in service and operational efficiency.


Raakesh also held the position of Food and Beverage Manager at Effotel Hotel by Sayaji and The Fern Hotels & Resorts. His leadership in these roles contributed to the successful management of dining services and the enhancement of guest satisfaction.


His experience includes being the Restaurant Manager at The Grand Bhagwati Indore Central, the largest hotel in Madhya Pradesh. Here, Raakesh managed restaurant operations, delivering high-quality service and dining experiences.


Before that, Raakesh was the Banquet Manager at Radisson Blu, Alibaug, where he was responsible for organizing and managing banqueting services, ensuring seamless event execution.


Raakesh's career began at ITC Hotels, where he served as the Restaurant Manager in Gandhinagar and earlier as the Assistant Outlet Manager for Food & Beverage Service in Indore. These roles provided him with a strong foundation in restaurant management and food and beverage operations.


With his extensive background in managing food and beverage services across various renowned hotels and resorts, Raakesh Mohitkar is set to bring significant expertise and value to Essential Luxury Hotel, Indore.
