In his previous roles as Executive Housekeeper and Housekeeping Manager at Hilton, Conrad Bengaluru, Rajasekar demonstrated exceptional leadership and management skills. Before joining Hilton, Rajasekar honed his skills as an Assistant Manager in Housekeeping as well as being a part of the Leadership Development Program at Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, Jaipur. During this time, he gained valuable experience in overseeing housekeeping operations and implementing effective leadership strategies.

To further enrich his knowledge and skills in housekeeping management, Rajasekar underwent specialization training with The Ritz Carlton Hotel Company.
