Rajinder Sareen has been appointed as the Executive Chef at Sheraton Grand Pune. With an illustrious career spanning prestigious hotel brands and diverse culinary experiences, Rajinder brings a wealth of expertise and innovation to his new role. He is poised to elevate the culinary offerings and dining experiences at Sheraton Grand Pune.


Previously, Rajinder served as Executive Chef at renowned establishments such as Taj Hotels, Hilton, and Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group. His leadership and culinary excellence have been instrumental in enhancing the dining standards and guest satisfaction across these brands.


Before these roles, Rajinder was the Executive Sous Chef at Marriott International in Bengaluru and at Park Hyatt. In these positions, he played a crucial role in overseeing kitchen operations, menu development, and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and service.


Rajinder's career includes his tenure as Chef de Cuisine at Westin Hotels & Resorts in Hyderabad, where he managed kitchen operations and created exquisite culinary experiences. He also served as Sous Chef at Taj Lands End Mumbai's Vista-All Day Dining Restaurant and The Leela Palaces & Resorts in Bengaluru, where he managed both all-day dining and fine dining restaurant operations.


His international experience includes being a Stagiaire at the prestigious establishment of Capitol Hotel, Locanda Locatelli, Benares, Hibiscus in London. He also served as Station Head Chef at Le Gavroche - Relais & Châteaux, London, and as Chef De Partie on Royal Caribbean International.


Rajinder began his culinary journey as a Chef with Oberoi Hotels & Resorts and Radisson, gaining foundational skills and knowledge that have shaped his distinguished career.


Rajinder Sareen holds a Bachelor of Arts from Panjab University and a Diploma in Hotel Management, Food Production, F&B Service, Front Office, and Housekeeping from the National Council for Hotel Management, Catering and Technology, PUSA, New Delhi.


With his extensive background in culinary arts and management, Rajinder Sareen is well-equipped to lead the culinary team at Sheraton Grand Pune, promising innovative and memorable dining experiences for guests.
