Rajshekhar Jha Assumes Role as Assistant Manager Food and Beverage at Jaypee Hotels & Resorts, Agra

Rajshekhar Jha has recently joined Jaypee Hotels & Resorts in Agra as the Assistant Manager of Food and Beverage. In this role, he will oversee food and beverage operations, striving to enhance guest experiences through exceptional service and innovative dining options.


Prior to this, Rajshekhar worked as a Restaurant Manager at Aryan Restaurant and Banquet in Lucknow, where he managed daily operations, staff training, and maintained high standards of guest satisfaction. He also held the position of Restaurant Manager at Mannat Group.in in Kurukshetra, where he led the restaurant team and focused on delivering excellent customer service.


Rajshekhar's experience extends to being a Banquet Manager at Function Inn Hotel in Lucknow, where he was responsible for menu designing, customer relations, and the overall management of catering events. He also served as the Director at Goldenpetal Hospitality Pvt Ltd in Lucknow, handling business development, sales, and operational management.


Earlier in his career, Rajshekhar was a Food and Beverage Supervisor at Trident Hotels in Jaipur, ensuring guest satisfaction and supervising the team in food and beverage services. He worked as a Senior Food & Beverage Associate and Hospitality Associate at Jaypee Hotels & Resorts in Agra, where he managed guest relations and contributed to the overall guest experience.


Rajshekhar began his career as a Trainee Steward at Radisson Blu Plaza Delhi, gaining foundational experience in the hospitality industry. His educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Hotel Management, Catering Technology & Tourism from IHMCT, Lucknow.
