Rakshit Sharma, a seasoned professional in the hospitality industry, has assumed the role of Chief Operating Officer at Machan Resorts LLP. With a track record of leadership roles in renowned hotel chains, Rakshit brings a wealth of experience and expertise to his new position, poised to drive operational excellence and strategic growth.

Prior to his current appointment, Rakshit served as Vice President of Operations, People, Sales, and Revenue Strategy at Sayaji Hotels Ltd, where he played a pivotal role in shaping the company's operational strategies and enhancing guest experiences. His tenure at Sayaji Hotels Ltd also saw him excel as Vice President of People & Strategy, where he demonstrated exceptional leadership in human resources management and strategic planning.

Before joining Sayaji Hotels Ltd, Rakshit held key leadership positions at prominent hotel chains, including GHM (General Hotel Management Ltd) and Hilton Hotels & Resorts. As the Director of Human Resources at GHM, and later at Hilton Hotels & Resorts, Rakshit showcased his prowess in HR management, driving employee engagement initiatives and fostering a culture of excellence within the organizations.

Rakshit's journey in the hospitality industry began at Lemon Tree Hotels, where he served as Group Manager of Human Resources for over six years. During his tenure, he played a crucial role in the pre-opening of 15 Lemon Tree Hotels across the country, demonstrating his strategic acumen and operational prowess.

In addition to his corporate roles, Rakshit has also served as the Keys General Manager for Human Resources at KEYS Hotels (Berggruen Hotels Pvt. Ltd), further solidifying his reputation as a dynamic leader in the hospitality sector.

Rakshit holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Meerut University. His educational background, coupled with his extensive industry experience, has equipped him with the skills and knowledge to excel in his leadership roles.
