Ram Kewat, a seasoned hospitality professional with a proven track record in stewarding management, recently assumed the role of Stewarding Manager at MAYFAIR Hotels & Resorts in Raipur, Chhattisgarh. Bringing over two decades of experience to his new position, Ram is entrusted with overseeing the stewarding operations at MAYFAIR, ensuring impeccable cleanliness and adherence to hygiene standards.


Prior to joining MAYFAIR Hotels & Resorts, Ram held the position of Stewarding Manager at Marriott Hotels in Hyderabad, Telangana, where he played a pivotal role in maintaining food and beverage operations at the highest level of efficiency and hygiene. Before his tenure at Marriott, Ram served as the Stewarding Manager at Sayaji Hotels Ltd. in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, where he spearheaded all aspects of F&B operations and hygiene management.


Ram's journey in stewarding management began with his role as a Kitchen Steward at Jaypee Hotels in Agra, where he honed his skills in maintaining cleanliness and handling various functions efficiently. Over the years, he has held progressive positions in renowned hospitality establishments across India, including roles as Team Leader - Stewarding at HYATT Hotels in Raipur and Executive Kitchen Stewarding at Marriott International in Bilaspur.
