Ingredients:

- 2 cups Puffed Ramdana

- 1 cup Boiled Mixed Vegetables (carrot, beans, peas)

- 1 cup Sprouts (green moong, kala chana, etc)

- 1 tbsp Peanuts

- 1 tbsp Bhel or any Namkeen Mixture

- 1 tbsp Chopped Onions

- 1 no. Chopped Tomato

- 1 tbsp Chopped Coriander Leaves

- ½ tbsp Rai Seeds

- ½ tbsp Jeera

- ½ tbsp Dhania Powder

- 1 tbsp Chaat Masala

- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice

- 1 tbsp Chopped Green Chilli

- 1 tbsp Oil

- Salt to Taste


Method:

1. In a pan, heat oil, add rai seeds.

2. Once it sputters, add jeera, dhania powder, onion, and chopped tomato. Sauté for a few minutes.

3. Add the chopped vegetables and sprouts.

4. Cook for 5 - 6 mins. Now add all the remaining ingredients and cook.

5. After removing from heat, sprinkle the lemon juice and garnish with coriander leaves after adding salt as per taste.
