Ratnanka Das is delighted to announce his new role as Restaurant Manager at Saatvik Group of Restaurants. Bringing a wealth of experience and a deep passion for the hospitality industry, Ratnanka's journey exemplifies his dedication to excellence in food and beverage management.


Prior to joining Saatvik, Ratnanka held the position of Senior F&B Executive at Ambuja Neotia Group. During his tenure, he played a crucial role in managing food and beverage operations across multiple properties, ensuring the highest standards of service and guest satisfaction. His ability to handle complex operational challenges and implement effective solutions contributed significantly to the group's success.


Before his role as Senior F&B Executive, Ratnanka served as a Senior F&B Supervisor with Ambuja Neotia Hospitality Division. In this capacity, he was responsible for overseeing daily F&B operations, coordinating events, and managing a team of supervisors and associates. His leadership and attention to detail ensured seamless operations and positive guest experiences.


Ratnanka also gained valuable experience as an F&B Executive at The Lynq Aero, where he was involved in the launch and establishment of the food and beverage department. This role provided him with an opportunity to apply his expertise in a dynamic environment, contributing to the successful opening and operation of the property.


Earlier in his career, Ratnanka worked as a Senior F&B Supervisor with Ambuja Neotia Hospitality Division and as an F&B Supervisor at The Astor Hotel. These roles further honed his skills in managing staff, coordinating events, and ensuring the smooth operation of food and beverage services.


His journey in the hospitality industry began at New Kenilworth Hotel, Kolkata, where he worked as a Senior F&B Associate. This foundational role allowed him to develop a strong understanding of the industry and laid the groundwork for his subsequent career growth.


Ratnanka's academic background includes a Bachelor of Science in Hotel Management & Tourism from the Indian Institute of Hotel Management, where he gained comprehensive knowledge of hotel and motel administration and management. He also holds a Higher Secondary qualification in Humanities/Humanistic Studies from Nava Nalanda.
