Before joining The Imperial, Ravi worked as a Bar Executive at The Quorum, Gurugram, where he honed his skills in delivering high-quality bar service. His previous role as Bar Supervisor (Team Leader) at The Leela Ambience Gurugram Hotel & Residences involved overseeing bar operations and leading a team to ensure excellent guest experiences.
Ravi's career began as a Bartender at Pullman-Novotel New Delhi Aerocity, where he developed a strong foundation in bartending and guest service. He also served as an F&B Associate and Food & Beverage Assistant at Mahagun Sarovar Portico, gaining valuable experience in various aspects of food and beverage operations. His journey in the industry started with an Industrial Trainee position in Delhi, where he undertook an internship to gain initial exposure to the field.
Ravi Verma holds a PGDM in Marketing Management from MIT School of Distance Education and a BHMCT from IIMT Hotel Management College, Meerut. His educational background, combined with his hands-on experience, equips him with a comprehensive understanding of the hospitality industry.
