Prior to joining The Westin Goa, Raysinh Bisen served as the Executive Sous Chef at Maira Resort and Convention Center in Raipur. In this role, he was responsible for overseeing kitchen operations, menu development, and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation. His leadership and creativity significantly enhanced the dining experience at the resort.
Before his tenure at Maira Resort, Raysinh held the position of Chef De Cuisine at Radisson Hotel Group in Pune, where he expertly managed kitchen operations and curated menus that delighted guests with diverse and exquisite flavors.
Raysinh's culinary journey includes his role as Sous Chef at Le Meridien Hotels & Resorts in Hyderabad, Aamby Valley City (Sahara India Flagship Project) in Pune, Marriott Hotels in Surat, and Taj Hotels. In these positions, he honed his skills in managing high-volume kitchens, leading culinary teams, and consistently delivering exceptional dining experiences.
As a Junior Sous Chef at Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group in Ludhiana, Raysinh gained valuable experience in supervising kitchen operations and ensuring culinary excellence. He also served as Chef De Partie at Taj Hotels in Bengaluru and Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group in Alibag, further refining his expertise in creating innovative dishes and maintaining high standards of food quality.
Raysinh's early career began as a Chef at Taj Coromandel Hotel in Chennai and as a Commis Chef at Fortune Park Hotels Ltd in Mysore, where he developed a strong foundation in culinary arts and gained hands-on experience in various aspects of kitchen operations.
With his extensive background in culinary management and a passion for creating memorable dining experiences, Raysinh Bisen is well-equipped to lead the culinary team at The Westin Goa. His appointment is expected to elevate the hotel's dining offerings and delight guests with exceptional cuisine.
