Rishi Rohilla brings his expertise in financial management and cost control to his new role as Cost Controller at Crowne Plaza Hotels & Resorts. With a background spanning various prestigious establishments, Rishi has developed a keen understanding of financial operations within the hospitality industry.


His journey began as a Management Trainee, where he gained valuable insights into the nuances of hotel management. Over the years, Rishi has held key positions such as Food and Beverage Controller at InterContinental Hotels Group and Aloft Hotels in Delhi, where he managed the financial aspects of food and beverage operations.


Rishi's experience also extends to international settings, having served as Materials Manager at Ruth's Chris Steak House in Dubai and Cost Controller at Marcopolo Hotel Dubai. These roles equipped him with a global perspective on cost management and procurement processes.


Prior to joining Crowne Plaza Hotels & Resorts, Rishi served as Finance Cost Control Executive at The Leela Palaces, Hotels and Resorts, New Delhi, and Kempinski, New Delhi, where he gained exposure to financial planning and analysis in luxury hospitality settings.


Rishi's educational background includes an MBA in Accounting and Finance from Punjab Technical University, providing him with a solid foundation in financial management principles.
