Riya Sharma Takes Charge As Corporate - Customer Relationship Manager, Property & Asset Management (North Zone) at JLL India

Riya Sharma has recently taken on the role of Corporate - Customer Relationship Manager, Property & Asset Management (North Zone) at JLL India. With her extensive experience in the hospitality industry and customer relationship management, Riya is well-prepared to excel in her new position.


Before joining JLL India, Riya was the Head of Hospitality at M3M India Private Limited in Gurugram. In this role, she was responsible for overseeing hospitality services, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and managing operations effectively.


Prior to her tenure at M3M India, Riya held various positions at ITC Hotels, starting as a Management Trainee and progressing to Assistant Manager, Banquet Manager, and eventually Assistant Food and Beverage Manager. These roles allowed her to gain comprehensive experience in food and beverage operations, banquet management, and overall hospitality management.


Riya's career began with an Industrial Trainee position at The Oberoi, New Delhi, where she developed her foundational skills and knowledge in hospitality.


She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from IHM Pusa, providing her with a strong educational background to complement her practical experience. Riya completed her high school education in Humanities at The Khaitan School and holds a Certificate of Primary Education from Couvent de Lorette in Mauritius.
