Rohit Kumar Appointed as Banquet Manager at ITC Hotels

Rohit Kumar has recently been appointed as Banquet Manager at ITC Hotels, Gurugram. Bringing a wealth of experience in food and beverage management, Rohit’s career journey has spanned various key roles in hospitality management, showcasing his versatility and leadership in the industry.

Before this role, Rohit was the Restaurant Manager at The Park Hotels, where he was responsible for overseeing restaurant operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and managing the restaurant team. His experience in managing high-end dining services helped him develop a deep understanding of guest preferences and operational efficiency.

Rohit also has a background in hospitality education, having served as a Food and Beverage Faculty member at UEI Global Education in Rohini. His role involved imparting knowledge to aspiring hotel management students, further demonstrating his commitment to the hospitality industry.

His experience as Assistant Restaurant Manager at Radisson Blu Marine Connaught Place, New Delhi, and Operations Supervisor at Crowne Plaza Hotels & Resorts, Rohini, solidified his operational expertise. Additionally, he has worked as a Food and Beverage Captain and Associate at Crowne Plaza New Delhi Rohini, honing his skills in managing both staff and customer service to create seamless dining experiences.

Rohit began his career with training at ITC Maurya New Delhi, gaining hands-on experience in one of the most prestigious hotels in the country.

He holds a Bachelor of Hotel Management and Hospital Management degree from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University and a Bachelor’s degree in hotel management from Banarasidas Chandiwala Institute of Professional Studies. These educational qualifications have equipped him with a strong foundation in hospitality and management.

In his new role as Banquet Manager at ITC Hotels, Gurugram, Rohit Kumar will oversee all banquet operations, bringing his extensive experience to elevate guest experiences and ensure the seamless execution of events.
