Rohit Singh Bisht has been appointed to the position of Assistant Food & Beverage Manager at Fairfield by Marriott, Ahmedabad. With a dynamic background in hospitality, particularly in food and beverage operations, Rohit has garnered a wealth of experience through progressive roles in leading hospitality brands.


Before this appointment, Rohit served as the Restaurant Manager at Renaissance Ahmedabad Hotel, where he was responsible for managing restaurant operations, ensuring high service standards, and enhancing guest satisfaction. His expertise in elevating guest experiences and streamlining operations made him a key player in the team.


Rohit also worked as an Assistant Manager at Hyatt Regency and as an Assistant Restaurant Manager at Four Points by Sheraton, Ahmedabad, where he honed his skills in overseeing both the front-of-house and back-of-house operations. His ability to lead and develop his teams, coupled with his focus on operational excellence, helped him to progress quickly in the industry.


His journey in hospitality began as a Food and Beverage Executive at Marriott International and a Senior Captain at Crowne Plaza Hotels & Resorts, Ahmedabad, where he took on key responsibilities in managing guest services and restaurant operations.
