Ingredients:

Flour - 325 gm

Butter - 375 gm

Castor Sugar - 400 gm

Egg - 9 Nos.

Walnut - 150 gm

Fresh Rosemary - 75 gm       

Dark Belgium Chocolate - 750 gm

Cocoa Powder - 100 gm

Baking Powder - 30 gm

 

Method:

1. Cream the butter and sugar until the mixture becomes fluffy.

2. Add eggs one by one to avoid curdling.

3. Incorporate melted Belgian dark chocolate and mix thoroughly.

4. In a separate bowl, sift refined flour, baking powder, and cocoa powder.

5. Add crusted walnuts and freshly chopped rosemary to the flour mixture.

6. Mix everything together using the cutting and folding method.

7. Pour the batter into a greased baking tray.

8. Sprinkle crusted walnuts and freshly chopped rosemary on top.

9. Bake at 175 degrees Celsius. It should take approximately 25-30 minutes to bake.

10. Serve with hot chocolate sauce and ice cream.
