Roshan Kumar Jha Takes Charge as Assistant Manager - Corporate Talent & Culture at Pride Hotels Group, Pune

Roshan Kumar Jha has recently been appointed as the Assistant Manager - Corporate Talent & Culture at Pride Hotels Group in Pune. In this new role, Roshan will be responsible for overseeing corporate talent strategies, enhancing workplace culture, and driving employee engagement initiatives across the group.

Before his current appointment, Roshan served as the Senior Talent & Culture Executive - Corporate at The Pride Hotels in Mumbai. His role involved implementing talent development programs, managing employee relations, and contributing to the overall HR strategy of the organization.

Prior to his tenure at The Pride Hotels, Roshan worked as an HR Executive (HOD) at K.B.G Hotels & Resorts Pvt. Ltd. in Kolkata. There, he was instrumental in leading the HR department, developing HR policies, and managing recruitment processes to ensure the smooth operation of the hotel's human resources functions.

Roshan also gained valuable experience as a Human Resources Officer at The Park Hotels in Kolkata, where he was responsible for various HR activities, including talent acquisition, employee training, and performance management. Before this, he worked as an Associate - HR & Training at ITC Hotels in Kolkata, where he supported HR operations and training programs to foster employee development.

Starting his career, Roshan served as a Front Office Assistant and later as a Human Resources Associate during his internship at Ramada Powai Hotel & Convention Centre in Mumbai. These early roles provided him with a strong foundation in HR practices and customer service.

Roshan Kumar Jha holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce with a focus on Accounting and Finance from Calcutta University, Kolkata. He also earned a Diploma in Human Resources Management from ASEAN Online Education and a Master of Business Administration in Hospitality Administration/Management from Seacom University.
