Ingredients:
Pizza Dough – 120 gm   

Mozzarella – 110 gm 

Rucola Salad – 70 gm

Parma Ham – 60 gm

Method:
Take the portion of regular pizza dough, using a rolling pin to make it round and very thin. Cover it with mozzarella and cook it in the pizza oven. When ready, cut the pizza and add seasoning, arugula. On top of the arugula, place the Parma ham.
