Sachin Malik Joins Radisson Blu MBD as Executive Chef

Sachin Malik has recently been appointed as the Executive Chef at Radisson Blu MBD Noida. With a distinguished career in the culinary arts and extensive experience in prestigious hospitality establishments, Sachin is set to bring his culinary expertise and innovative approach to Radisson Blu's kitchen.


Prior to this role, Sachin served as the Executive Chef at Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, where he was initially the Executive Sous Chef before being promoted. His tenure there showcased his exceptional culinary skills and leadership, contributing significantly to menu development and kitchen operations.


Before joining Wyndham, Sachin was the Executive Chef (Pre-Opening) at Zone By The Park in Gurugram, where he played a crucial role in setting up the kitchen and developing the restaurant's culinary offerings.


His international experience includes serving as the Executive Chef at Signature Abu Dhabi and as an Executive Sous Chef at Melia Hotels International in Qatar, where he demonstrated his ability to manage large kitchen teams and deliver high-quality dining experiences.


Sachin's career also includes significant roles at The Leela Palaces, Hotels and Resorts. He began as a Tr. Chef De Partie in Bengaluru, then advanced to Chef De Partie in Gurugram, followed by Junior Sous Chef and Banquet Sous Chef in New Delhi. These roles allowed him to refine his culinary skills and gain extensive experience in high-end hospitality settings.


Sachin holds a Master's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from NIMS, along with an International Diploma in Hospitality Management from AHLEI (EI of AH&LA USA). He also earned a Diploma in Hotel Management from Oriental School of Hotel Management.
