Sahil Sharma has recently taken on the role of Sales Executive at Le Meridien New Delhi, bringing with him a diverse background in hospitality sales and guest services. Before joining Le Meridien, Sahil served as a Customer Sales Associate - Reservations, and later as a Sales Coordinator at Shangri-La Group. His responsibilities included managing reservations, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring seamless communication between departments. These roles allowed him to develop a strong foundation in customer service and sales, making him a valuable asset to any team.
Sahil's career began in guest services, where he worked as a Guest Service Associate - Front Office at The Oberoi Gurugram. This position provided him with hands-on experience in front-office operations and guest relations, further honing his interpersonal and communication skills.
In addition to his work experience, Sahil has completed internships at various prestigious establishments, including DNY Hospitality in Mumbai, Shangri-La Hotels & Resorts in Connaught Place, Radisson Blu Connaught Place New Delhi, and Crowne Plaza Hotels & Resorts in Okhla. These internships provided him with a comprehensive understanding of hotel operations, from front office management to reservations and sales.
Sahil holds a Bachelor of Hotel Management degree from Banarasi Das Chandiwala Institute of Hotel Management & Catering Technology, where he specialized in Hotel/Motel Administration/Management. He also earned a certificate in German Language and Literature from Max Mueller Bhavan, demonstrating his commitment to expanding his skill set. His secondary and higher secondary education in commerce was completed at GD Salwan Public School.
