Hyatt Regency Pune & Residences proudly welcomes Sanjay Rawat as their new Executive Chef. With an illustrious career spanning various prestigious roles in the hospitality industry, Sanjay is set to bring his culinary expertise and leadership to the team.


Prior to joining Hyatt Regency Pune & Residences, Sanjay served as Executive Chef at Sheraton Hyderabad Hotel and Courtyard by Marriott Agra. His experience leading diverse culinary teams in these esteemed establishments has honed his ability to create innovative dining experiences that cater to a wide range of palates.


Before his tenure as an Executive Chef, Sanjay held significant roles as Chef De Cuisine at Hyatt Regency Kolkata and Marriott International in Bengaluru. His mastery in the kitchen is complemented by his experience as Sous Chef at Marriott Hotels in Bengaluru, and Junior Sous Chef with Marriott International. His journey also includes serving as Chef De Partie at Trident Hotels in Hyderabad and as a Chef at Oberoi Hotels & Resorts in Kolkata, where he further developed his culinary skills.


Sanjay began his career as a Trainee at Oberoi Hotels & Resorts in Jaipur, where his passion for hospitality and food was nurtured.


Sanjay holds a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration and Management from Edinburgh Napier University, along with a solid foundation in culinary arts from the International Institute of Hotel Management. His secondary education was completed at Chauni Children Academy.


As Executive Chef at Hyatt Regency Pune & Residences, Sanjay Rawat is expected to enhance the hotel's culinary offerings, delivering exceptional dining experiences that reflect his diverse expertise and creative flair.
