Satbir Prabhu Appointed as Room Division Manager at Accor

Accor, North Goa, has appointed Satbir Prabhu as its new Room Division Manager. With an extensive background in front office and operations management, Satbir brings a wealth of experience in luxury hospitality and guest services.  

Before joining Accor in this role, he was the Director of Rooms at Caravela Beach Resort Goa, where he oversaw guest experience, housekeeping, and front office operations. Prior to that, he served as Operations Manager and earlier as Front Office Manager at Fortune Park Hotels Ltd., Miramar, demonstrating his ability to streamline guest services and optimize hotel operations.  

Satbir has a strong history with Accor, having previously worked as Head of Department and Assistant Front Office Manager in Goa, showcasing his expertise in front office operations, team leadership, and customer satisfaction. His career also includes roles as Duty Manager at The Leela Palaces, Hotels and Resorts, Goa, Monroe Hotel & Suites, Bahrain, and Radisson Hotel Group, Goa, where he played a key role in managing guest relations and front office efficiency.  

His foundational experience includes serving as a Front Office Executive and later Team Leader - Front Office at Taj Hotels Resorts and Palaces, North Goa, as well as Guest Services Supervisor at Chances Casino and Resort. He began his career as a Hotel Operational Trainee at ITC Hotels, Bengaluru, gaining a solid grounding in hospitality management.  

Satbir holds a Bachelor of Applied Science and Catering Technology in Hospitality Administration/Management from IHMCT Kovalam and completed his commerce studies at Don Bosco Higher Secondary School.  

With his vast experience and leadership in room division management, Satbir Prabhu is set to enhance operational excellence and guest satisfaction at Accor, North Goa.
