Prior to joining Sarovar Hotels & Resorts, Satendra served as a Catering Assistant at Taj Hotels in Chennai, where he honed his skills in food service management and guest satisfaction. His proficiency in overseeing food and beverage operations was further demonstrated during his tenure as Food and Beverage Supervisor at both Park Hyatt Chennai and Accor in Vijayawada.

Satendra's career also includes his role as a Mixologist at Taj Hotels Palaces Resorts Safaris in Ernakulam, where he crafted exquisite beverages and elevated the guest experience with his innovative mixology skills. His journey in the hospitality industry began as a Bartender at Hilton, Pune, and at Aamby Valley City, Sahara India Flagship Project in Lonavala, where he developed a strong foundation in beverage services.

His early career was marked by an internship as an Industrial Trainee at Clarks Inn Group of Hotels in Goa, where he gained practical experience and a comprehensive understanding of hotel operations.

Satendra's academic credentials include a Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Administration/Management from MG University, which has provided him with a solid foundation in the principles and practices of hospitality management.

In his new role as Restaurant Manager at Sarovar Hotels & Resorts, Bhimtal, Satendra is set to lead the restaurant team with his extensive experience and passion for delivering exceptional guest service.
