Saurabh Kumar has recently assumed the role of Restaurant Manager at The Chancery Pavilion in Bengaluru, Karnataka, adding another feather to his cap in a career marked by excellence in the hospitality industry.


With over a decade of experience under his belt, Saurabh brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his new position. Prior to joining The Chancery Pavilion, he served as the Assistant Manager of Food and Beverage at The Lalit Suri Hospitality Group in Mumbai, Maharashtra. In this role, he played a pivotal role in elevating guest experiences and optimizing restaurant operations, showcasing his exceptional managerial skills and dedication to customer satisfaction.


Before his stint at The Lalit, Saurabh held positions of increasing responsibility at esteemed establishments such as Marriott International in Surat, Gujarat, and Radisson Hotel Group in Hyderabad, Telangana, where he honed his leadership abilities and deepened his understanding of the food and beverage landscape.


Saurabh's journey in hospitality management also includes notable roles as Food and Beverage Executive at DoubleTree by Hilton in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, and as Food and Beverage Supervisor at Crowne Plaza® Hotels & Resorts in Ahmedabad. His diverse experience has equipped him with a comprehensive skill set, encompassing menu planning, team management, inventory control, guest relations, and effective complaint resolution.


Throughout his career, Saurabh has been recognized for his unwavering commitment to excellence and his ability to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
