Shahnawaz Kapadia has been promoted to Sales Manager at Radisson Hotel Group, Mumbai, marking another milestone in his thriving career in hospitality and sales. Previously serving as Assistant Sales Manager, Shahnawaz has demonstrated exceptional leadership and a results-driven approach in driving revenue and building client relationships.
Before joining Radisson, Shahnawaz gained valuable experience as a Cluster Sales Executive at Chalet Hotels Limited, Mumbai, where he played a key role in multi-property sales strategies. His expertise in fostering client connections was also evident during his tenure as a Business Development Specialist at American Express, Mumbai.
Shahnawaz’s hospitality journey began in operations, serving as a Front Office Executive at Marriott International, Pune, and as a Guest Service Officer at Hyatt Hotels Corporation, Ahmedabad. He further honed his skills during a Summer Internship at The Fern Hotels & Resorts, Mumbai, gaining foundational industry insights.
Academically accomplished, Shahnawaz holds an MSc in Hospitality Administration and a BSc in Hospitality Studies from the University of Mumbai, coupled with a solid academic foundation in commerce and business studies from the Maharashtra State Board.
In his new role, Shahnawaz aims to elevate the Radisson Hotel Group’s sales operations in Mumbai by leveraging his vast experience and expertise in hospitality sales and relationship management.
