Shaiban's most recent role as Hotel Manager at W Goa provided him with invaluable experience in managing a luxury resort of significant scale and complexity. During his tenure, he oversaw all aspects of the resort's operations, including accommodation, dining, and guest services. His leadership was instrumental in ensuring the seamless delivery of exceptional service and the maintenance of high standards throughout the property. Under his guidance, W Goa became known for its impeccable service, innovative dining experiences, and luxurious accommodations.


Prior to his role at W Goa, Shaiban held key positions at esteemed establishments such as the Four Seasons Resort Seychelles and Four Seasons Hotel Bahrain. At these iconic properties, Shaiban honed his skills in hospitality management, gaining invaluable insights into guest relations, operational efficiency, and revenue generation. As Assistant Director of Food & Beverage, Shaiban played a pivotal role in elevating the dining experiences at both properties, introducing innovative concepts and ensuring the highest standards of quality and service.
