Prior to joining Kashkan by Ranveer Brar, he served as the Chef De Cuisine at Taj Hotels, where he honed his culinary skills and expertise in Indian cuisine over a span of 6 years and 9 months. His tenure at Taj Hotels showcased his ability to deliver exceptional dining experiences while maintaining the highest standards of quality and authenticity.

Before his role at Taj Hotels, Chef Singh held various positions of increasing responsibility, including Executive Sous Chef at The Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL) and Chef De Cuisine at Accor.
