His educational pursuits include a Bachelor's of Arts Degree from Indira Gandhi National Open University and a Diploma in Food Production from the Educational Institute of the American Hotel & Motels Association. These foundational studies laid the groundwork for his illustrious culinary career.


Chef Singh's professional journey has been marked by notable achievements and enriching experiences. Prior to joining Kashkan by Ranveer Brar, he served as the Chef De Cuisine at Taj Hotels, where he honed his culinary skills and expertise in Indian cuisine over a span of 6 years and 9 months. His tenure at Taj Hotels showcased his ability to deliver exceptional dining experiences while maintaining the highest standards of quality and authenticity.


Before his role at Taj Hotels, Chef Singh held various positions of increasing responsibility, including Executive Sous Chef at The Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL) and Chef De Cuisine at Accor. These roles allowed him to immerse himself in diverse culinary environments, further expanding his repertoire of culinary techniques and flavors.


Chef Singh's culinary journey also led him to prestigious establishments such as The Suryaa New Delhi, Redisson City Center Jaipur, and OOO Voronezhsagro in Moscow, where he played pivotal roles in restaurant openings and culinary operations.
