Shashwat Singh Promoted as Cluster Manager at Housr

Housr has promoted Shashwat Singh to the position of Cluster Manager for its Bengaluru properties. Shashwat's career reflects his dedication and expertise in hospitality and operations management, making him a key asset in the company's growth strategy.

Before being promoted to Cluster Manager, Shashwat served as an Assistant Cluster Manager at Housr, where he demonstrated exceptional leadership in managing multiple properties, streamlining operations, and enhancing customer experience. His journey with Housr began as a Senior Resident Manager, where he oversaw the daily operations and ensured seamless service delivery, gaining the trust of both management and residents.

Prior to joining Housr, Shashwat honed his skills in the event management and hospitality sectors. He served as an Event Manager with Eventric Events in Agra, where he successfully organized and managed large-scale events. Before this, he held the role of Hotel Operations Manager at Hotel Delight Palladium in Jabalpur, where he was responsible for overseeing all operational aspects, including guest services, housekeeping, and staff management.

Shashwat began his career in hospitality as a Front Desk Associate at The Indian Hotels Company Limited in Hyderabad, where he gained first-hand experience in guest relations and hotel administration. He also completed an industrial training at St. Regis Hotels & Resorts in Goa, which laid the foundation for his operational knowledge in the luxury hotel segment.

Shashwat holds a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from IHM Goa and completed his schooling at Mittal International School and Army Public School, Dhaula Kuan. His educational background, combined with his diverse professional experience, equips him with a holistic understanding of the hospitality industry.

In his new role as Cluster Manager, Shashwat will continue to leverage his expertise to ensure the smooth functioning of Housr’s Bengaluru properties, focusing on operational excellence and resident satisfaction. His leadership and strategic insight are expected to drive further success for the company in the competitive co-living market.
