Shivalik Sunrise is a mocktail made with a unique blend of ingredients, with the specialty being the incorporation of major ingredients sourced from Uttarakhand, India. The drink features a base of Malta (Himalayan Orange) juice, a citrus fruit cultivated in the hills of Uttarakhand.
