Shreyash Bhiwapurkar Takes Charge as Zonal Chef at Veeba

Shreyash Bhiwapurkar has recently been appointed as the Zonal Chef at Veeba, Pune. With a diverse culinary background and extensive experience in various esteemed hospitality and food service establishments, Shreyash is set to bring his culinary expertise and innovative approach to Veeba's operations.

Prior to this role, Shreyash served as the Technical Advisor and Regional Chef at Del Monte Foods Inc. in Pune. In this capacity, he provided technical guidance and regional culinary leadership, ensuring high standards in food quality and innovation.

Before his tenure at Del Monte, Shreyash held the position of Area Chef at Veeba in Delhi, where he was responsible for overseeing culinary operations and maintaining consistency in food quality across multiple locations.

Shreyash's career in the culinary field began with his role as a Demo Chef at Future Group India in Bengaluru, where he showcased his culinary skills and conducted cooking demonstrations to promote products.

He further honed his culinary expertise as a Chef De Partie at Bliss Chocolates in Bengaluru, where he specialized in creating exquisite chocolate confections and desserts.

In his earlier career, Shreyash served as a Demi Chef at Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group and later as a Sous Chef at The Lemon Tree Hotel Company. These roles allowed him to develop his skills in kitchen management, menu planning, and team leadership.

Shreyash's journey in the hospitality industry began as a Management Trainee at Lemon Tree Hotels and an Industrial Trainee at Oberoi Hotels & Resorts, where he gained foundational skills and insights into hotel and kitchen operations.

He holds a Bachelor of Hotel Management (BHM) degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from the Institute of Hotel Management, Bhopal, and completed his schooling at St Thomas School, Bhopal.
