Shubham Joshi embarks on a new chapter in his career as he takes on the position of Food and Beverage Manager at Four Seas Hotel, marking a significant milestone in his journey within the hospitality industry.


Bringing a wealth of experience and expertise to his new role, Shubham previously served as a Food and Beverage Manager at Fortune Group of Hotels (A Praveen Shetty Enterprise) in Dubai. During his tenure, spanning over seven years, he demonstrated exceptional leadership in managing food and beverage operations, contributing to the success and reputation of the establishment.


Before his role at Fortune Group of Hotels, Shubham held various positions of increasing responsibility, including Food and Beverage Supervisor. His diverse experience provided him with a comprehensive understanding of restaurant management, new restaurant openings, and guest service excellence.


Shubham's journey in the hospitality industry began with early training experiences at renowned establishments such as Accor Group Mercure Gold Hotel Dubai, Sayaji Hotels Ltd, and Citymax Hotels by Landmark Group. These formative experiences laid the groundwork for his successful career in hospitality management.


Academically, Shubham received his education from the South Indian Cultural Association (SICA School), further complementing his practical experiences in the field.
