Accor Pune is proud to welcome Shubham Patne as the new Assistant Manager - Guest Services. With a diverse background in front office operations and guest services across multiple renowned hotel brands, Shubham brings a wealth of experience to his role, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction.


Shubham’s journey in the hospitality industry began with his role as a Gallaery Host at Hyatt Place Pune Hinjawadi, where he quickly progressed to become Team Leader - Front Office. His leadership and operational skills then took him to Accor Mumbai, where he served as Team Leader - Front Office before being appointed to his current position in Pune.


Prior to his experience with Accor and Hyatt, Shubham gained exposure to the workings of the hospitality industry at Courtyard by Marriott Pune Chakan, further solidifying his expertise in guest services and front office operations.


Shubham holds a degree in Hotel Management and Culinary Arts from Camp Education Society Dr. Arvind B. Telang Institute of Hotel Management, Pune. He also holds a Diploma in Computer Engineering from Pimpri Chinchwad Polytechnic, which complements his technical acumen in managing hotel systems and processes.


In his new role at Accor Pune, Shubham will lead guest services operations, focusing on enhancing guest experiences and maintaining service excellence.
