Ingredients:
Tiger Prawn - 12 nos.
Chopped Onions - 150 gm
Chopped Tomatoes - 100 gm
Fennel Seeds - 35 gm
Mustard Seeds - 3 gm
Kashmiri Chilli Powder - 15 gm
Coriander Powder - 10 gm
Turmeric Powder - 3 gm
Homemade Garam Masala - 2 gm
Salt - As Needed
Lime - 1 no.
Black Pepper Powder - 2 gm
Coconut Oil - 3 tbsp
Mustard Seeds - 2 gm
Chopped Garlic - 20 gm
Curry Leaf - For Tempering
Method:
1. Heat the wok pan; pour some coconut
oil & add mustard seeds, fennel seeds, chopped garlic & curry leaf just
to temper.
2. Add chopped onion. Once it changes the colour, reduce the
flame to half. Then add turmeric powder, coriander powder, kashmiri chilli
powder and cook it well till it releases raw aroma.
3. Then add chopped tomato with half the amount of salt
& slowly cook without water. When done, remove the flame and let the masala
cool down.
4. Clean Tiger Prawn and put it into the Skewers after marinating masala with squeezed lime juice & check seasoning.
5. Heat the pan and pour some oil and sprinkle some curry leaf. Further fry marinated tiger Prawn cooked in medium flame and enjoy.
