From his tenure as Head Indian Chef at the illustrious Jio World Convention Centre Mumbai to his role as Executive Chef at the NILE Hotel Management Company in Gujarat, he has consistently demonstrated a flair for innovation and creativity in the kitchen.

His culinary prowess has taken him to renowned destinations, including The St. Regis Hotel in Abu Dhabi and the Academy of Pastry & Culinary Arts in Mumbai, where he served as Executive Chef, leaving an indelible mark with his culinary creations.

With a diverse portfolio spanning corporate executive chef roles at Ramee Group of Hotels, Resorts & Apartments in Mumbai, and consultancy engagements with Best Western Levana Group of Hotels in Lucknow, Akash has showcased his versatility and expertise across various culinary domains.

His journey also includes invaluable experiences at The Oberoi Group in Udaipur, where he served in multiple capacities, from Senior Kitchen Executive to Head Chef and Co-Owner of esteemed restaurants in Stockholm, such as Restaurant Cuminclub and Restaurant Annakhan.
