Subhamoy Guria has recently been appointed as the Assistant Restaurant Manager at Fairfield by Marriott, Hyderabad. With a strong background in the food and beverage industry, Subhamoy brings a wealth of experience in restaurant operations, team management, and customer service to his new role, where he will oversee daily operations and ensure a high-quality dining experience for guests.


Before joining Fairfield by Marriott, Subhamoy held the position of Food and Beverage Executive at the Sheraton Hyderabad Hotel, where he was responsible for managing food and beverage services, maintaining high operational standards, and enhancing customer satisfaction.


His earlier experience includes working as a Food and Beverage Team Leader at both Ibis Coimbatore and Novotel Imagica Khopoli. During his tenure at Accor, Subhamoy also completed the AELP and worked as a Senior Bartender at Khopoli, gaining valuable leadership and bar management skills.


Subhamoy began his professional journey as an Employee at Fariyas Resort, Lonavala, where he contributed to food service operations. He also completed a Management Internship at Swissotel Kolkata, further expanding his understanding of hospitality management.


He holds a degree in Hospitality and Hotel Management from the Bengal Nalanda Group, which provided him with a solid foundation in hospitality operations and management principles.
