Sudershan Singh Bhandari has been appointed as the Director of Culinary Group at The Golkonda Resorts & Spa & Hotel Hyderabad. With an illustrious career in culinary arts, Sudershan brings extensive experience and a passion for excellence to his new role. He will oversee the culinary operations, ensuring the delivery of exceptional dining experiences and maintaining high standards across the resort and hotel.


Before joining The Golkonda Resorts & Spa, Sudershan held prestigious roles as Executive Chef at several renowned hotels, including The Grand New Delhi Hotel and Residences, Eros Hotel New Delhi, Radisson Blu Plaza Hyderabad, and InterContinental Hotels Group. His leadership in these roles contributed to the success of their culinary offerings and enhanced guest satisfaction.


His experience also includes significant positions as Sous Chef and Senior Sous Chef at Hotel Nikko in New Delhi, where he honed his skills in high-pressure environments and contributed to the hotel's culinary excellence.


Sudershan's career further extends to his role as Director of Cuisine at Grand Hyatt, New Delhi, where he directed culinary operations and menu development, elevating the hotel's dining experiences.


In addition, he served as Executive Sous Chef at Uppal's Orchid - An Ecotel Hotel in New Delhi, and as Senior CDP at Oberoi Hotels & Resorts, where he demonstrated his expertise in managing kitchen teams and delivering exceptional culinary creations. His early career includes roles as CDP at ITC Hotels in Jaipur, where he developed his foundational skills in the culinary arts.


Sudershan Singh Bhandari's educational background includes advanced studies in Hotel Management and Catering Technology from the Institute of Hotel Management, Organisation Leadership from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, and a certificate in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from the World Association of Chef Societies. He also holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Delhi University.
