With a diverse background in housekeeping management, Sudhansu previously served as Assistant Housekeeping Manager at Accor on a contract basis, where he exhibited his proficiency in maintaining high cleanliness standards and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Before his tenure at Accor, Sudhansu held key positions at various esteemed establishments, including Hotel Golden Orchid in Lucknow, where he served as Assistant Executive Housekeeper (HOD), overseeing the housekeeping department's operations with precision and efficiency.

His journey in the hospitality industry includes roles such as Housekeeping Executive at India Group of Hotels in Lucknow, Housekeeping Supervisor at Parkfield Resorts & Spa in Bengaluru, and Room Attendant (Self Checker) at Brightland Resorts & Spa in Mahabaleshwar. These experiences have equipped him with a comprehensive understanding of housekeeping operations and guest service excellence.

Sudhansu's dedication to his profession is further evidenced by his educational background, having earned a Bachelor's Degree from Veer Bahadur Singh Purvanchal University, Jaunpur, and completing a Certificate course in housekeeping from Pratham Institute of Hotel Management.
