Sujan Paul has been promoted to the role of Corporate General Manager at Sonajhurir Adda Resort, a unit of Zaika Group. With a distinguished career in the hospitality industry and extensive experience in operations and food and beverage management, Sujan is poised to bring his expertise and leadership to this new position.


Prior to this promotion, Sujan served as the Director of Food & Beverage at Sonajhurir Adda Resort, where he played a pivotal role in enhancing the culinary and service standards of the resort. His exceptional management skills and innovative approach significantly contributed to the resort's success.


Before his tenure at Sonajhurir Adda Resort, Sujan was the General Manager of Operation and Consultant at Swapno Puran Resort, a pre-opening standalone property. In this role, he oversaw the entire operational setup and provided strategic guidance for the resort's successful launch.


Sujan also served as the General Manager of Operations at Hotel Mayura in Raipur, where he was responsible for overall operational management and ensuring high standards of guest satisfaction.


His career includes a notable role as General Manager of Operation and Marketing at The Rangoli Park Hotel & Resort, a unit of RPJ Group. Here, he successfully managed operations and spearheaded marketing initiatives, driving growth and enhancing the hotel's reputation.


In addition to his managerial roles, Sujan has extensive experience in the culinary field. He served as Executive Chef and Banquet Sales Manager at Regenta Orkos Hotel in Kolkata, where he demonstrated his culinary expertise and business acumen.


Sujan's experience also includes serving as Director of Food and Beverage at LLCC, a unit of ITC Fortune Panchawati Resort, and Aarohi Starz Club Pvt. Ltd. He was responsible for overseeing food and beverage operations and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.


He also served as General Manager and Pre-Opening Consultant at Neonz Life Style & Recreation Club & Resort, where he played a key role in the pre-opening phase and overall management of the property.


Sujan's culinary journey includes roles as Executive Chef at Royal Orchid Hotels in Bhuj and Golden Retreat Hotel in Haldia, and as Executive Sous Chef at The Golden Park Hotel in Kolkata.


His earlier career saw him as a Chef De Partie at Taj Sats Air Catering in Kolkata and The MBD Airport Hotel in Kolkata. He began his career as a Hotel Operation Trainee under NCTVT at Airport Ashoka in Kolkata.


Sujan holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Calcutta, Purash-Kanpur Haridas Nandi Mahavidyalaya.
