Sujith Kumar has recently stepped into the role of Executive Assistant Manager at The Residency Hotels, where he will leverage his extensive experience in hospitality management to enhance the guest experience and operational efficiency. Sujith's dedication to service excellence and his strategic vision for hotel operations make him a valuable addition to the leadership team at The Residency Hotels.
Previously, Sujith served as the Food and Beverage Manager at The Residency, where he managed daily operations and elevated the culinary and dining standards across the property. His tenure demonstrated his adeptness in aligning F&B services with the brand's high standards and focus on customer satisfaction.
Before joining The Residency Hotels, Sujith held various roles across the hospitality sector, including Resort Manager and Outlet Manager at Vythiri Village Resort, and Operations Manager at Fortel Hotels. Additionally, he gained experience as General Manager at Okura Hotels and Resorts in Kuvathur, where he oversaw property operations and ensured smooth guest services.
His career also includes his time with Ramada Chennai Egmore, where he served as the Director of Food and Beverage and, before that, as Food and Beverage Manager. In these roles, Sujith contributed to the brand's reputation for exceptional F&B services, managing multiple dining outlets and implementing quality control measures.
Sujith's experience spans various leadership positions in F&B management. He served as Assistant Food and Beverage Manager at Confluence Banquets and Resorts in Mahabalipuram and Banquet Manager at Kohinoor Asiana Hotel in Chennai, where he demonstrated his expertise in event management and customer service. He also gained foundational experience as Senior Captain at Kadavu Resort in Calicut and as Supervisor in Food & Beverage at Residency Towers.
Sujith holds a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management & Tourism from Annamalai University, complemented by his early education at the Madras Institute of Hotel Management.
