Sumana Karn Appointed as Cluster Manager - Operations at Wild Roots Hospitality

Sumana Karn has recently taken on the role of Cluster Manager - Operations at Wild Roots Hospitality. In this position, she is responsible for overseeing operations across multiple properties, ensuring that the high standards of Wild Roots Hospitality are maintained.

Prior to this, Sumana held the position of Cluster Accommodation Manager at Wild Roots Hospitality, where she managed accommodations with a focus on enhancing guest experiences. She also served as Cluster Housekeeping Manager at Wild Roots Hospitality in Mumbai, where she played a key role in maintaining cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Sumana's career in hospitality is marked by a diverse range of roles, including working as a Chocolatier & Housekeeper at Sun Blessed Coffee Pvt. Ltd. in Coorg, where she combined her skills in housekeeping with a passion for chocolate making. She also founded and directed Hope Creation, the brand owner of "Caio Bella" Chocolates, where she channeled her creativity into crafting unique chocolate experiences.

Her extensive experience in housekeeping includes roles as Executive Housekeeper at various hotels such as Hotel Park Asia in Jammu, Hotel Parador in Agra, United-21 Hotel in Hyderabad, Katriya Hotels & Towers in Hyderabad, Hotel Vista in New Delhi, Swosti Plaza Hotel in Bhubaneswar, and The Connaught in New Delhi. Sumana began her career as a Housekeeping Supervisor at Hotel Days International in Udaipur.

Sumana Karn's educational background includes a Certificate course in Hotel Operations and Management from the Durgapur Society of Culinary Skills & Management Studies. Her diverse experience and extensive knowledge of the hospitality industry make her well-equipped to excel in her new role at Wild Roots Hospitality.
